Founded in 2016, MTRPL is a principal based real estate company concentrated on retail centric mixed use urban development. Based in Montreal we specialize in the investment, development and management of mixed use assets.
Our investment philosophy begins with transit oriented development along retail corridors in urban areas. We search for assets in high density neighbourhoods, with abundant foot traffic and an authentic sense of place.

Bryan Spatzner
Founder
Bryan is an architect turned developer who after spending time studying in the United States returned home to Montreal. After stints working with large national developers , Bryan founded MTRPL in 2016.
Sam Sheraton
Director of Property Management
Sam is MTRPL's Director of Property Management. Prior to joining the team, Sam gained experience at at Rester Management for over 30 years. Sam graduated Ottawa University with a LLB in Law.
Mariana Marinova
Financial Controller
Mariana is MTRPL's financial controller. Prior to joining the team, Mariana gained experience at Richter and PSB Boisjoli
